Preventative Maintenance

Don’t let your system have problems when you need it most. Preventive maintenance is simple, straightforward, and critical for the health of your Indoor Air Quality.

When to schedule preventive maintenance

If your system…

  1. Heats and cools your home, schedule regular maintenance in both the spring and fall.
  2. Only cools your home, schedule maintenance once a year before summertime.
  3. Only warms your home, schedule maintenance once a year before wintertime.

What to expect from a Technician performing preventive maintenance

When the AirEase™ Technician comes to your house, he or she should provide the following services:

  1. Refrigerant charge
  2. Fan motor cleaning & inspection
  3. Coil Cleaning
  4. Blower clean out
  5. Clean the air conditioner coils
  6. Check all major components and safety devices for heating and cooling systems

Regular ongoing maintenance on your system:

Scheduling regular preventative maintenance with your Dealer is important for your air quality, your system, and your warranty. Your Dealer’s equipment, along with their knowledge and experience, will provide proper care for your system.

There are some things YOU can do between your regular maintenance visits that can also help sustain the quality of your equipment and your Indoor Air Quality – particularly regular filter replacement.

On your windshield, there is a constant reminder to change your oil, but with Indoor Air Quality, it’s hard to remember. You can’t see the particles building up, the allergens multiplying, the dust elements increasing, but they are. With regular filter replacement, you can ensure that your home is benefitting from clean, safe air.

Sign up to receive filter replacement reminders here. We’ll send you a quarterly email to remind you to switch your filters.
