| Quiet Operation |
Units are designed to provide maximum comfort while keeping sound at a minimum. A heavy-duty insulation blanket surrounding the compressor and a wire fan guard significantly reduce operating sound. Heat pumps use a discharge muffler, along with QuietShift™ technology during the defrost cycle, to control sound. |
| Quality Construction |
Copeland Comfort Alert diagnostics, similar to automobile diagnostics, continually monitor system operation, helping technicians with quick and accurate servicing. When matched with select thermostats, the diagnostics are able to help protect the entire system from abnormal operating conditions by detecting certain error codes and even shutting down the system if necessary to prevent compressor damage. In addition, matched components include Microban® protected drain pans which inhibit the growth of odor causing mold, mildew and bacteria. |
