Compared to older systems, AirEase heating and cooling units can deliver lower operating costs with more efficient performance. That means the first thing you’ll want to consider is the energy efficiency for each set of products.
SEER stands for Seasonal Energy Efficiency Ratio and is a measurement of the efficiency of cooling products. The U.S. government’s minimum efficiency level is 13.0, but AirEase cooling products exceed 18.0 SEER.
AFUE stands for Annual Fuel Utilization Efficiency and is a percentage measurement of the furnace’s heating efficiency. The U.S. government's minimum efficiency level is 78% and the Canadian minimum is 90%, but AirEase furnaces go all the way up to 97%. That means 97 cents of every dollar goes to efficient heating.
The higher the efficiency rating, the more energy and money you will save.Use our Energy Savings Calculator to see how much money you can save.
